It's always good to have a Plan B. Especially this one, which comes with an Eurocopter EC145. Compared to the Attessa IV, that's parked in that area of the Marina in Marina Del Rey, CA, the Plan B has a bigger helicopter. The Attessa IV owner seems to have a greater interest in the motor yacht itself, with less toys, ie the helicopter on board is the slightly smaller EC130. The Plan B owner seems to definitely emphasize on the toys (jetskis, extra boats, submarines, helicopter), while being more humble on the motor yacht side.
